Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure parallel to the ground and snug (but not tight).
Length: Measure from the top of your shoulder down to the hem of the garment.
Sleeve: Measure from the center back of your neck, across the shoulder, and down to the cuff of the sleeve.
