Returns & Refunds Policy

Overview

  • All UNSHAKEABLE™ products are made to order.
  • Each item is produced specifically for you once an order is placed.
  • Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing, color preference or buyer's remorse.

Eligible Returns & Replacements

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • With a printing error
  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

Reporting an Issue

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please include:
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Clear photos showing the problem

Requests submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color preference
  • Change of mind
  • Accidental orders
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Minor variations in print placement or color (these may occur during the POD process)

Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.

Refunds & Replacements

  • If your claim is approved:
    • A refund will be issued to the original payment method, or
    • A replacement item will be sent, depending on the situation.
  • Refund timing depends on your payment provider and may take several business days to appear.

Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.
  • Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Our products are made on demand to reduce overproduction and waste.
  • This approach supports more thoughtful and sustainable purchasing decisions.
