Q: How do your items fit?
A: Our apparel is designed with a standard, comfortable fit. Each product page includes a detailed size chart. If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed feel.
Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Check the Size Guide on each product page. Measure a similar item you already own and compare it to the chart. Because items are made to order, we recommend reviewing sizing carefully before purchasing.
Q: Are your products unisex?
A: Yes, all UNSHAKEABLE™ apparel is unisex unless otherwise stated.
Orders & Production
Q: Are your products made to order?
A: Yes. All items are made especially for you once an order is placed. This helps reduce overproduction and waste.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
Shipping
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Processing time is typically 2–5 business days. After processing, shipping estimates are: U.S. 3–7 business days; International 7–21 business days.
Q: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, international shipping is available. Customs duties or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color preference, or change of mind.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

A: UNSHAKEABLE™ represents strength beyond what’s visible. It was created to honor those living with Parkinson’s, those who love them, and anyone who refuses to be defined by a diagnosis.
Q: Is UNSHAKEABLE™ affiliated with a specific organization?
A: At launch, UNSHAKEABLE™ is an independent brand. Giving-back initiatives may be announced in the future.
