Refund policy

All UNSHAKEABLE™ products are made to order.
Each item is produced specifically for you once an order is placed.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if your item arrives:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem

Requests submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible.

Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection
Color preference
Change of mind
Accidental orders
Normal wear and tear
Minor variations in print placement or color (these may occur during the POD process)

Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.

If your claim is approved:
- A refund will be issued to the original payment method, or
- A replacement item will be sent, depending on the situation.
Refund timing depends on your payment provider and may take several business days to appear.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.
