Processing Time

  • All UNSHAKEABLE™ products are made to order.

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

  • Processing times may be longer during high-demand periods or holidays.

Shipping Time

  • Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

    • United States: 3–7 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days

  • Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or peak seasons.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Destination

    • Shipping method

    • Number of items in your order

Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Multiple Shipments

  • If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on fulfillment location and availability.

  • You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.

International Shipping

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

  • These fees are not included in product prices or shipping costs.

Shipping Issues

  • If an order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.
